Shipping

Upon receipt of your order, we will usually pick, pack, and ship within 1 – 2 business days.
(Mon. – Fri. 9 – 6 pst)

We process orders on a first come, first serve basis. If goods you ordered are unavailable due to quanity, or a prior order, we will notify you via e-mail within 24 – 48 hours. Shipping date will depend on time needed for credit card authorization and verification. For shipping within the US with UPS:


For International orders, rates will vary depending on country and service. For exact rates, please call 206-442-6888 or e-mail us at customerservice@shopbettylin.com.

Outside US, customers are responsible for customs and import duties at the time of delivery. For customs and duty rates, please contact your local customs office.

Sales tax will be charged for all orders within Washington State.


Return and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from shopbettylin, you can return the item within 14 days for a full refund.

For a refund, just follow these easy steps:

Request a Return Authorization form via e-mail: customerservice@shopbettylin.com within 14 days from receipt of package. Or call 206-442-6888 for a form to be faxed to you.

Ship the package at free of charge with the UPS return call tag provided. Or, ship by your carrier of choice at your cost. The Return Authorization number must be written on the Outside of the box.

We will credit the credit card used within 15 days after receiving the return. We will refund the full price, minus shipping cost, minus a re-stocking fee of $5 per item. International customs duties and sales tax will not be refunded for orders outside US.

Return merchandise must in its original condition with tags intact. Shoes must have the shoebox and all the packaging it comes with.

Items shipped without prior written Return Authorization approval or returned not in its original condition will be shipped back to the customer with shipping fees charged.

We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges at this time due to our limited inventory. Please make your return; then purchase the new item.

Return requests made after 14 days will be accepted on a discretionary basis for "store credit" only. Store Credit will be valid for 365 days from issuing date.

Items sold during "Sale Events" are Final. Special items indicated "final" sale will not be returnable.
